Bamboo Forest - Introduces pinball-like bumpers and trapdoors. It's easy to get lost in the forest.
Ink Painting - Uncover the secrets of spirits and serve ghost sushi.
Sky Temple - Learn the ancient ways of gravity modification in this advanced stage.

Classic - Choose an area and complete each level within the time limit.
Training - View level stats and hunt for dessert with infinite sushi.
Buffet Challenge - Play through each area with no extra sushi offered.
Dessert Challenge - Two out of three desserts are required before progressing to the next level.
