Letters & Legends goes live on PC and Android on 26 April 2024. You will be able to buy it on Itch.io, on Steam, on Google Play, and on the Epic Games Store just as soon they let the game out of review. My plan is to release a series of short thoughts about the game development process.

Letters & Legends will be available on PCs and Android devices on April 26, 2024. As soon as the review is complete, you will be able purchase the game on Itch.io.com, Steam.com, Google Play and Epic Games Store.
Letters & Legends was created about two years ago to help me keep sane, creative and sane under the pressure of a relatively new fatherhood. The project has been completed in my spare time and I am very proud. The project is unlikely to be a huge success in terms of sales but it will soon become a real product that can be bought. That's amazing.
This is also a perfect example of 80/20 rule where 20% of work requires 80% of time. Theoretically, the majority of code (the important code that actually makes the game work) was probably written more than a year before. Since then I have been adding levels and level types and also balancing the game.
They gave me some great advice and made me question the way I built my game. They are both my friends and enemies for this.
I plan to publish a number of brief thoughts on the process of game development over the next few weeks. This content is not scheduled, and I am open to any questions that may arise. This is partly to show anyone reading this how much work goes into getting a new game running. But I also think it's to say goodbye to a period of my life. I hope anyone reading the posts will enjoy them.
