Chasmal Fear, a new-gen FPS horror game in Unreal Engine 5, is played from the viewpoint of a camera on your body. Make smart decisions that will affect the game and manage limited resources. Survive monsters who mutate in order to become stronger. Singleplayer and Co-Op play with two players.

After the conclusion of Steam Next Fest, we've been quite for a while. We decided to completely revamp our Steam pages, Social Media Pages, and demo itself, in response to all of the feedback from testers and players at Steam Next Fest.

Hello friends! We haven't shared any blog posts about our sci-fi horror survival bodycam game Chasmal fear for a long time. We were more active on social media (especially X) but we wanted to spend the majority of our time working on something new that would change Chasmal Fear's feel and appearance. This decision was also brought about by our player community. It included players, streamers and all those who played the demo at Steam Next Fest back in February.

This decision wasn't made just because the game performed poorly. It was a great demo! We received over 5500 Wishlists at the Festival, surpassing 10,000 Wishlists Now. And we entered Most Popular Upcoming as well Best Wishlists on Steam.

When we launched Chasmal fear, we promised that We'll Listen to The Player Community. And time and again, with previous games, listening to players has brought the game to a new level.

We categorized everything in Excel, using the priority system, before we began. We then discussed which aspects of the game are in line with our goals and how they can be improved.

This is how the idea was born (an idea which made us feel like there was an urgent period but was well worth it! ).

The " Change " consisted in going over the demo from start to finish, including lighting, optimization, level design, sound, music, VFX and jumpscares. But most importantly, it included new monster models and animations. Below, we'll discuss it in more detail.

We realized, when we looked at all of our covers and social media, that the photos, videos, and trailers were quite old, and did not represent the actual game anymore. We decided to think carefully and create new concept art and covers as well as photos and videos.

We'd like to thank everyone for their support. We'd like to thank everyone who has played the demo. Thanks also go out to the people who have supported our project and wishlisted it. And thanks again for the feedback and ideas that gamers provided. We are a two-person indie studio and your support is invaluable to us. The player community made it possible!
