As per usual, this update is live now and available to play free in browser at Isochronalgames.itch.io - updates like these will continue coming every week so make sure to follow us if you wish to remain up-to-date!

Stickers were introduced this week as a completely new mechanic in our Shop, available exclusively there for now.

There are seven stickers included with the game; however, only two may appear at any one time when purchasing from your shop.

When purchasing stickers, an option to choose the specific tick that the sticker will overwrite will appear and for the remainder of that card run's run that card will have that sticker applied will remain visible.

Noticing I mentioned seven cards but only displayed six? That was intentional as I wanted to highlight the Breakpoint tick which makes any card interruptible!

Stickers offer great opportunities to expand upon unique strategies, and as I coded them any card could potentially serve as a Sticker. When I added more Trinkets later I anticipated they'd prove especially valuable; for instance they allow players to apply a Sticker card onto another card!

I have many ideas for ways to mix your cards up to give the game its signature look, which could become one of its unique characteristics as development progresses! I think timeline structure could make for some very innovative gameplay once this project reaches completion!

Development - Ongoing improvements to the preview system, with death predictions and targeting that takes into account when enemies will move or die, along with indication of when an action may be interrupted by stuns or interruptions.
