The Hopebringer has introduced a beta branch for their updated game which supports Deep Layer Shadow Switching (DLSS), running Unreal Engine 5.3. Currently it can be purchased on Steam.

Unreal Engine 5.3 includes support for The Hopebringer with dynamic local spatial scaling (DLSS), so we have been hard at work bringing that build onto an exclusive beta branch to be beta tested before its official release. If interested, enable it now if you would like to be part of this exciting initiative!

Internal testing showed this test to work efficiently; however, for optimal performance it should also be run on systems without support for DLSS. If any difficulties arise with building this build please notify this thread of them as quickly as possible.

How to Enable 1) Right Click The Hopebringer in Steam Client and choose Properties.

2. Navigating to the betas tab of the Properties window.

3) At the top of Steam is a drop down menu to enable Beta Participation; select "PublicBeta - Public Beta Test." If it does not appear after restarting Steam, restart it in order for PublicBeta to appear.

This will update your files to the UE 5.3 and DLSS beta build. DLSS should automatically activate and configure itself if supported.
