Today we will explore our work dynamic and how it has improved our workflow!

This week on "Kurofune: Descobrimos Portugueses", we are exploring our group dynamic and what changes have taken place over time.

Hello and Welcome back! Welcome back to another article by 3PAStudios. Expect us to follow suit this week by continuing this trend of writing content each week.

Every week we are trying something a bit different in our posts; each post should detail one step of game development while providing insight into how our group operates within game development without necessarily creating one of their own.

As always, follow us across socials such as our website, discord server, twitter account and instagram page - tell us which type of post you prefer and if a blog should be launched!

What have we accomplished so far? For one thing, our journey changed significantly as university students in our final year to independent business owners with plans of opening an independent company took shape; from working over hours in university roams and sleepovers to having regular schedules with offices to operate out of.

Through these changes, we learned much more about each other - both individual personalities as well as how best to work with and interact within our work dynamic.

As previously indicated, we now have an office space where we can meet and develop the game we plan to release. Due to not yet having any income coming in from outside sources, schedules remain flexible but we still get enough time together as a group to build up the company we hope one day to do full time work together on it.

Our office was an invaluable tool in aiding us with our work. While some days can still be completed remotely, we found our work flows more effectively when shared spaces were available to us; as soon as this decision was made it proved itself as being absolutely essential to the quality of our results and success as a business. Our work progressed significantly after making this commitment!
