Days prior to writing this article, I realized that most Pocket Platformer games don't work correctly in terms of audio for me - including Manilla from Pocket Wonder - so I downloaded an offline copy of its engine in order to make any necessary modifications that might help correcting it.
Due to their unpredictable behavior, I made changes that allow sounds from being output via links stored in the cloud to run locally instead. Furthermore, this afforded me an opportunity to implement changes such as:
First and foremost, water has already begun filling in any empty spaces on levels where they must be filled in.
2. Level 7 has undergone minor modifications in order to make its corrupt bricks line less frustrating for players.
