Let's delve deep into what lies at the core of any tank game - vehicles!

So far, you've experienced glimpses into real-life war! In particular, you have learned more about infantry (Create Realistic Soldier Character Models), seen the streets of Aachen for Battle-Ready Urban Jungle or explored Normandy to experience epic battles first-hand (Exploring Open Fields of Normandy). Now let's turn our focus onto one of the keys components of any tank game - vehicles themselves! Although keep in mind everything you see here may still be evolving over time!

As most players may know already, Sherman Commander features many vehicles from World War II era such as its namesake Sherman (M4A3E8). On the battlefield you'll also come across American vehicles like M4A3, M10 Wolverine and M8 Greyhound; American M3 Halftrack Willys Jeep; German PzKpfw IV Ausf. G, Panzer V Panther Tiger Panzer III J M StugIII G Sdkfz 251 Kubelwagen and Opel Blitz are just among others you'll encounter.

Each vehicle possesses distinct parameters that affect its speed, maneuverability and ability to overcome obstacles. A vehicle's behavior over various terrain is further determined by whether its wheels, tracks or both.

Attracting attention also to how vehicles behave when encountering obstacles is crucial, with wheels and tracks playing their part by reacting to any unevenness they come across, creating realistic visuals within the game - this makes overcoming them just look cool!

Let's focus again on obstacles for a moment; these will undoubtedly come up often during battle and often have strategic significance and an effectful influence. While most vehicles will be capable of passing bomb craters or small hills without incident, larger hurdles such as hedgerows, walls or elevation differences should only be traversable with tracked vehicles.
